Privacy Policy
Last updated: pending publication
This page is a draft template pending manual legal review — not final. It replaces unrelated WordPress comment/login boilerplate from the old site and is scoped to what this site's forms actually do: collect and process enquiries.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit an enquiry, demo request, or contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, and any message or product interest you indicate.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, provide product information, schedule demonstrations, and follow up regarding potential purchases. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Store and Process Data
Form submissions are processed and stored using Supabase (database infrastructure) and Brevo (email delivery). These providers process data on our behalf under their respective security and data protection practices.
Legal review required: confirm data residency/localization requirements applicable to defense-sector enquiries, and whether India's DPDP Act 2023 obligations require additional disclosures here.
4. Data Retention
We retain enquiry and contact form data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and maintain business records, unless you request deletion.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you by contacting welcome@qoptars.com.
6. Cookies
This site does not use tracking cookies beyond what is strictly necessary for site functionality.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date.
